Jimmy Wright

Biography

Jimmy Wright’s work, including a pastel self-portrait acquired by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, hangs in many public and private collections. A member of the Pastel Society of America, he was awarded the Society’s distinction of “Master Pastelist.” Reviews and features on the artist have been published in American Artist, Art on Paper, Artists Magazine, ArtNews, the New York Times, the New Yorker, the Pastel Journal, Time Out Chicago.
